A couple of price improvements to note this week. My listing at the Hilton Hotel (#725/727) is now $885,000 (last sale was $915,000). My sellers grossed $144,339 in 2023, used the property 39 nights and netted $27,166 after all fees and carrying cost. This room will rent for $1600 a night in peak winter. If you're tired of throwing away rental dollars and want to own a luxury suite at the base of the mountain under 1M this is your best option.  

Another price improvement is my listing at 6144 Eagle Drive, now $2,999,000. This is the best located single family home lot in Whistler. Currently stripped down to the studs this is a renovation or new build opportunity in a prime location next to the Village. Take over current plans and permits or build your very own Whistler 
home. With confirmation of the new density legislation coming this summer you may have more options to build what you want.
